So what does it take to get things done around the dev department at IZEA? Lots of coffee is definitely on the top of the list, but I'd like to share some of the other tools we use to make our life easier.

One tool that really helps out is Skitch from plasq. Skitch is an annotation tool for your computer, and it Rocks! You can select an area of your screen to crop out, then circle things, type in text, add arrows... etc. The you simply drag to email, im's, etc to send to the team. Here's an example:



That took about 2 whole seconds to do. Very helpful!!

The gang has been using Skitch for a while now, I've only just started using it, so I'm getting use to all the features. Like sharing, webcam support, setting colors, posting to the web...

I recommend you give it a try and see how it affects your productivity.
